磁器轆轤造形の持つ空間を意識して制作しています。

轆轤という技法の特徴と磁器土という素材の特徴を生かし、磁器轆轤でしか生み出せない空間を形成する造形を作りたいと思っています。

私の作りたい空間とは、水や空、植物など自然のものに見られる静かで緊張感のある空間を理想としていて、作品の形状もそれらの言葉の印象をもとにしています。

技法と素材に言葉を織り交ぜながら独創性のある空間を作りたいと思っています。

 I intend to create a natural atmosphere with modeling porcelain clay on wheel.

 By using the advantages of the characteristics of porcelain, I want to form a specific space that only can be hatched by the skills of porcelain wheel throwing.

 I replicate the tension which is quietly existed in the atmosphere of water, air, plants and all the natural elements that we can observe. The form of my work is based on the impression of those elements, and then extended free from affectation.

 l suppose braiding the techniques and materials will lead to a distinctive space of originality of my own.
